Founded in Melbourne in 1993, Earth Systems was built on a clear vision: to bring science, innovation and professionalism to the environmental sector. Our founders, Nigel Murphy and Dr Jeff Taylor, remain actively involved in the business today, continuing to shape the company with the same passion and purpose that defined its beginnings.
Over the years, Earth Systems has grown into a global organisation, led by a diverse leadership team representing different cultures, disciplines and regions, while staying true to the values on which it was founded. Having delivered thousands of projects across more than 50 countries, we have built a strong track record, but we see this not as the end of the journey, rather as the foundation for what comes next.
